  WHAT HAPPENED?

  Per , the Blues have finally submitted an official offer with Osimhen's agent Roberto Calenda and on Wednesday, they are expected to initiate formal talks with Napoli. It remains to be seen now whether the three parties will be able to reach an agreement over the transfer of the Nigerian forward who has already informed the Serie A side that he wants to move out.

  While talks are on over Osimhen's potential move to Stamford Bridge, Chelsea outcast Lukaku is on the verge of formally joining Gli Azzurri on Wednesday. He is set to travel to Naples in the next few hours to undergo his medical before he formally puts pen to paper on a permanent contract.
